In 2002 we opened The Carpet Connection, renting one tiny room in a building down the block from our current location. We bought some paint and rollers and painted the room ourselves. Then we glued a pretty floral border around the room to add to the ‘ambiance’ of that tiny space. Piling samples in every conceivable nook and cranny, we tried fitting as many samples and as much variety into that one little room.

While we’ve come a long way since then, our core approach to business has not changed all that much from our humble beginnings. Our aim was – and still is – to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. Friendly, personal, yet professional customer service was our trademark from the very first day we opened up our little shop, and we are proud to say that it remains that way until today. We endeavored – and still do – to ensure that only the best mechanics would install our floorings so that quality workmanship along with a neat and clean job would be a hallmark of every carpet or floor installed by The Carpet Connection. We must have been doing something right.
